Can I make changes to my order or cancel it after payment?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible, indicating your order number and the changes to be made. Our teams will respond to you as soon as possible and will be able to make the changes if your order has not yet been shipped.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
During the week, any order placed before 2:00 p.m. is shipped the same day. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my order?
During the entire process of preparation, shipping, routing and deliveries you will be notified by email. You can track your order using the link received by email or directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number:

You can find your tracking number from your customer account in "my orders". You can also contact us via our contact form by indicating your order number, our teams will respond to you as soon as possible by giving you your tracking link.
I haven't received my package, what should I do?
If you encounter a problem with the carrier, please contact us as soon as possible so that our teams can help you.
The package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your package is damaged, it is imperative to report it and have it noted by the carrier,
on the delivery note, directly upon delivery by issuing reservations and checking the contents. Do not hesitate to contact us via our form, specifying your order number.
