The manufacture of Io Genix Dextrose begins with the extraction of starch from raw materials such as corn, wheat or potatoes, followed by its hydrolysis into glucose by specific enzymes. The glucose obtained is then purified to remove impurities through methods such as filtration and centrifugation, then crystallized by concentrating the glucose solution and cooling it.
