Labz Nutrition's Meta Magnesium product is composed of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurinate . “Bisglycinate” is a form of magnesium where each magnesium ion is bound to two molecules of glycine, an amino acid. This has a higher absorption and is better tolerated by the digestive system than the magnesium “oxide” found in low-end dietary supplements. Due to its high bioavailability , it is therefore often used in high-quality dietary supplements. Magnesium taurinate , on the other hand, is a form of magnesium where each magnesium ion is bound to taurine, an amino acid. This combination also improves the absorption and assimilation of magnesium.
