Recommendations

Initial dose: Take 1,200 mg, or 3 capsules per day with a glass of water, during or outside of meals, for the first 6 weeks of treatment.
For maintenance: Take 400 or 800 mg, or 1 or 2 capsules per day with a glass of water, during or outside of meals. For an individualized approach: approach 20 mg per kilogram of body weight.
