Taking this food supplement will depend on your cycles.

If your cycles areregular: Take 2 to 3 capsules per day from the 14th day (ovulatory period) to the 1st day of your period.

If your cycles areirregular: Take 2 to 3 capsules per day 15 days after your last period for 10 to 15 days
